Does the house need to be empty?
It is best. With the furniture and boxes gone we can reach inside every cabinet, closet and corner. If some things are still there, tell us and we plan around them.
Do you clean the walls?
We spot-clean scuffs, fingerprints and marks on the walls, doors and light switches. Painting and repairing holes are not part of a cleaning.
Do you clean inside the oven and the fridge?
Yes. On a move-out cleaning, the inside of the oven and the fridge is part of the job.
How far ahead should I book?
As soon as you know your dates. Text us and we will hold the day that fits your move.
