How often should I schedule a regular cleaning?
Most families with kids or pets do every two weeks. Busy households often go weekly, and smaller homes do fine monthly. We can talk it through at the estimate visit.
Do I need to be home while you clean?
No. A lot of our clients leave a key or a door code. Whatever works for you, we set it up at the estimate visit.
Should the first visit be a deep clean?
If the house has gone a while without a cleaning, a deep clean first makes every regular visit after it faster and better. If it is already in good shape, we start regular right away.
How do I pay?
