These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of vieirascleaningco.com and to the house cleaning services provided by Vieira's Cleaning (“we,” “us” or “our”) in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. By using this website or booking a cleaning, you agree to these terms.

Estimates

Estimates are free. We usually visit the home before giving a price, because the size of the home, its condition and the type of cleaning change the work. Every estimate is sent in writing and describes what is included. If the condition of the home on cleaning day is very different from what we saw at the visit, or you ask for work that was not in the estimate, we will tell you and agree on any change with you before doing it.

Scheduling and access

We agree on the date and time with you in advance. If you will not be home, you are responsible for giving us a working way to get in, such as a key, a lockbox or a door code, and for letting us know about alarms, pets and any area of the home we should not enter.

Rescheduling and cancellations

If you need to move or cancel a cleaning, please text us as early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours before the appointment, so we can offer the time to another family.

Payment

We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash and Check. Payment is due on the day of the cleaning unless we agree otherwise in writing. Prices are not listed on this website; every price is given in your written estimate.

Offers

The new client discount (20% off your first clean) applies once, to the first cleaning of a new client, and cannot be combined with other offers. We may change or end promotional offers at any time; an offer confirmed in your written estimate will be honored.

Your home and your belongings

Please put away cash, jewelry and anything fragile or of special value before we arrive, and let us know about surfaces or items that need special care. We clean with care, but we are not responsible for damage caused by items that were already broken, loose or improperly installed, or by normal wear.

If something is not right

If you are not happy with part of a cleaning, text us within 24 hours with a description and, if possible, a photo, so we can talk about it.

Use of this website

The content of this website, including text, logos and design, belongs to Vieira's Cleaning or is used with permission. Some photographs on this website are stock images used for illustration and do not show homes we have cleaned. You may not copy or reuse the content without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the website or its content, including its availability or accuracy. Nothing on this website creates a warranty for any service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Vieira's Cleaning is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
